Technique of the Month Step 1:

The Tori, Sensei Jules Robson (Nindan) prepares to demonstrate drop knee shoulder throw (Seo Nage) on his uke, Sensei Simon Hewings (1st Kyu).
Technique of the Month Step 2:

Tori draws the uke's balance forward onto the right foot utilising an arm lock.
Technique of the Month Step 3:

Tori turns in and under the uke keeping the arm high and extended.
Technique of the Month Step 4:

Tori rotates and lowers his hips, placing the right knee onto the floor whilst maintaining the forward motion of the uke.
Technique of the Month Step 5:

Uke is thrown over the right shoulder of Tori and lands perpendicular to Tori.

Tori's form and posture are maintained throughout the technique.
